Work sucks

We're all a slave to money, isn't it horrible? Most people have to work five days a week (like I do). That means that we only get eight days off a month, which totals up to 96 days a year. Can you believe that out of 365 days, we only get to play and have fun on 96 of those? Ugh, doesn't that make you sick how we're wasting our lives away? I know, I think about the strangest shit.

We try to make money to spend on the days that we're off, and eventually buy a house and a car that we can use all of the time. And then people (like me) work all of the time and can't afford to buy those things. I can pay my bills, and I might even be able to get another car if I want to, but it's not like I could afford to really live off of what I make.

I've always said that my time is worth more than what I'm being paid. The same is true for everyone else. Life is short, and I believe that it is worth way more than minimum wage or anything that is slightly above it. I think that it's an insult to pay people anything under $10 an hour. It's a necessary evil, and it'll never change, which sucks. Ack, I think too much.

Sooo, is everyone going to watch Angel tonight? This ep sounds like it's going to be really good. I can't wait to record it and watch it when I get home from work. These last few episodes are going to be quite something. Ugh, no more Angel soon. They took Buffy, and now they're taking Angel, I think they're trying to kill us. I hope that James Marsters and David Boreanaz get acting jobs on another tv show soon, it's going to suck not to see them every week.
